for Strange Days

This 60 min all levels soft flow class is designed to soothe and settle activated systems as well as create some extra space in the mind and body.

We will drop in together within a meditation, let the breath guide us into a soft but expansive movement practice, + then we nestle into a delicious savasana.

There will be about 15-20 min at the end of class, grab yourself a cup of tea + share your experience, ask any questions, or simply connect….as we can all do for a bit more of that!

How to join?

  • Please fill up the ZOOM registration form.
  • You will get a confirmation email from ZOOM to join the class. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you didn’t receive it on your INBOX for more than 10 mins
