This October, we’ll gather as the days grow darker, steeping ourselves in slower rhythms, soft wonderings, and practices that invite deep listening. We are so thrilled to create
this space with you!
This information should help with the preparations for your upcoming trip. Please take time to look over it in its entirety, keep it handy for reference and reach out for any clarification.

Before the retreat begins there are a few details for us to flow through.
GETTING THERE
- You are responsible for your own transport.
- We’ll start a WhatsApp group once we have our crew, so if you’d like to ride share together you can!
- Those flying will fly to Portland.
- Our venue is an hour outside of Portland - a 20 acre retreat nestled in the Columbia River Basin.
- Address: 32180 Pittsburg Rd. St Helens, Oregon 97051
PACKING LIST
- Headlamp or flashlight
- Eco-friendly toiletries
- Reusable Water bottle
- Earplugs + eye mask for sleeping
- Journal
- There are yoga mats + props but if you have favorite things bring them! ?
- Some special thing or things to offer the altar (if personal, you will get it back supercharged!)
IMPORTANT TIMES
Oct 22nd > Check in at 3:00pm
Oct 26th > Checkout at 10:30am
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Deposit non-refundable - due upon registration.
- Prior to 90 days out - funds returned minus deposit.
- 90 - 45 days - 50% of retreat total will be refunded minus deposit.
- Within 45 days - payments are non-refundable (this is where your travel insurance with trip protection will come in!)
- We are setting up a default of deposit + 2 payments.
- 1st payment due Feb 15th, 2024
- 2nd payment due April 15th, 2024
- If you sign up later than what works for these dates, we'll split the payments evenly.
- All dues must be in 30 days out from retreat.
