COLE CHANCE

Cole Chance is a trauma-informed yoga teacher & addiction recovery educator. Teaching in many capacities, from retreats to trainings to festivals & prisons, she truly believes in the medicine in movement, the power of curiosity, the wisdom found in community. Her teaching fuse embodied flow, breath, neuroscience, yogic and Buddhist philosophy, swirled up with compassionate self-inquiry.

KIMBERLY ERIN

Kimberly has been a yoga educator for over a decade, she is deeply committed to sharing the timeless teachings of yoga with a therapeutic approach. Known for her poetic articulation + calming demeanor, Kim’s classes are built around intelligent sequencing that invites students to tune into their body + mind with curiosity + openness. She is the owner of The Space Yoga Studio (Aus), an advocate for at risk youth, foster carer + lifelong student of the wisdom tradition of yoga.

This retreat is designed for anyone seeking a pause from the demands of everyday life, regardless of their yoga experience. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a complete beginner, this journey offers a welcoming space for all.

Ideal for individuals looking to reconnect with themselves, strengthen their mindfulness practice, or simply escape the rigours of daily routines, participants will find that the gentle yoga sessions are accessible and nurturing.

SAMPLE SCHEDULE

Daily yoga with Kim + Cole. Postures that explore fluidity, not rigid forms - to align with the spaciousness of self that can stay sturdy amidst life’s constraints.

Pranayama (breath control) that oxygenates the body - not to will ourselves into pushing harder or obsessing over finding more energy but instead to facilitate the natural emergence of grace, to hold ourselves with compassion for the moments in life when there is no energy left.

We sit in meditation, not to tyrannically demand an obedience of mind but instead to harvest the magnetic electricity in the beauty of our thoughts that run wild.

Bathed in poetry, complementing the postures with intention and naturally putting a pause on hoarding the habitual patterns that are glueing us to the stuff that sucks the magic of out life.

Exploring ways of moving to stir the knowing that things just get more fun when we orientate towards possibility.

So when life delivers in ways we could never be ready for - there is a inner place of refuge in which to land.

Yoga is truly a practice of coming into congruence with our kinship to the inner call that pulses harmony + safety into our lives amidst it all.
