In this episode, we have a guest speaker Cole Chance. She is a yoga teacher, instructor, and educator who I’ve known for quite a long time, who actually played a pivotal role in my healing journey. We talk about her own struggle through addiction, alcoholism, abuse, and getting to this place in life, where she was using her power to heal and to transform not only her life but the lives around her, through the power of yoga and my own experience with yoga.
